Juggernaut Design

Juggernaut Design is the American manufacturer specializing in high-vibration tactical mounting systems for electronic devices in military, police, and emergency response vehicles. Their MOLLE mounts combine a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy base with articulating arms and reinforced ABS polymer covers to secure tablets, laptops, portable radios, and handhelds on flat surfaces or MOLLE rail without tools, in seconds. The quick-release system allows extracting and reinserting the device one-handed without stopping.

The Juggernaut line is organized by device category: MOLLE-PRO for 7-10" tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab rugged, Getac), MOLLE for operations smartphones (Samsung XCover, Kyocera DuraForce), and vehicle mounts for Motorola APX radios, Harris AN/PRC-158, and Kenwood handhelds. Vehicle mounts include a giro-lock base with 90° position locking and integrated vibration damping for off-road operation on 4x4 vehicles (Hilux, Land Cruiser), cargo trucks, and light armored vehicles. The maximum certified weight per mount is 2.3 kg, covering military-grade rugged tablets like the Getac F110 and Panasonic Toughbook.

The value proposition is ergonomic and tactical: an operator should not manage a device that moves, bounces, or rotates while driving or patrolling. Poor tablet retention during a patrol is an operational distraction that affects safety and C2 or mapping system usage quality. Juggernaut eliminates this problem with a mount that immobilizes the device in the operator's exact position regardless of terrain, and releases the device in half a second when the operator must dismount.
