Technical overview
Rolatube's System 75 is the deployable field mast standard for armed forces and industrial operations requiring heights between 3 and 7 meters with antenna or camera loads up to 23 kg. The larger tube diameter (75mm vs 51mm for System 50) increases load capacity and lateral rigidity — critical properties when mounting SATCOM antennas, high-power VHF repeaters, or gyro-stabilized sensors that generate tip torque.
The family offers two mechanical configurations: single tube for single-operator deployment in under 60 seconds, and double tube to double the tip load capacity without increasing height — ideal for command post positions where multiple antennas need to be elevated on a single mast. All four height models (3m, 4m, 5m, 7m) share the same base, the same guys, and the same deployment procedure.
The 7m single tube version reaches 7 meters of elevation with only 8 kg total weight — a decisive advantage in airborne or rapid-insertion operations where aircraft volume and weight limits equipment. Packed, the 7m mast occupies the space of a single rifle bag. The same mast in double tube configuration raises the tip load from 2 kg to 5 kg, enough to mount a communications repeater and PTZ camera simultaneously.
