BreadCrumb PE Industrial Radio

The BreadCrumb PE is the core of Rajant's Kinetic Mesh networks for industrial outdoor operations. Unlike traditional industrial Wi-Fi networks that rely on fixed access points, the BreadCrumb PE forms fully decentralized networks where each node autonomously routes traffic. The proprietary InstaMesh protocol continuously evaluates multiple simultaneous paths and switches between them in less than 10 milliseconds — invisible to applications at the upper layer.

This architecture is especially critical in open-pit mining operations where 300-ton trucks, excavators, and drill rigs move constantly between coverage zones. The system maintains uninterrupted connectivity for fleet monitoring systems, automated dispatch, sensor telemetry, and safety communications — all over the same network infrastructure.
