6m Rollable Mast

Technical overview
Rolatube's 6-meter rollable mast applies pre-impregnated carbon fiber sheet (CFRP) curved laminate technology: in compact state the sheet rolls onto itself reducing its length to 60 centimeters; upon release it self-stiffens recovering structural rigidity in seconds without tools or additional parts. This principle, derived from the space industry for deployable satellite antennas, makes it radically different from conventional telescopic masts that require mechanical locks at each section.
For tactical operations, the result is a 3.8 kg mast that any operator can deploy alone in less than 60 seconds and pack in 30. The 15 kg tip load capacity allows elevating SATCOM radio antennas, directional yagis, PTZ surveillance cameras, or communications repeaters. The mast maintains vertical stability in sustained winds up to 50 km/h without additional lateral guys.
