The Inform Elite responsive web interface is accessible from any authorized browser on the agency's internal network — supervisor tablets, investigation workstations, incident review unit laptops — with multi-factor authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) that restricts each investigator to the channels and time periods corresponding to their review mandate. The full-text search engine uses voice-to-text transcriptions automatically generated by the AI module of the NexLog or MediaLog system to enable keyword searches in communications content — locating all recordings mentioning a vehicle license plate, a person's name, or a specific address code in the last 48 hours completes in under 8 seconds over a 90-day archive.
The forensic export function generates the evidence package in MP3 format with embedded metadata, the chain of custody report in PDF with SHA-256 hash of each recording, the complete access log of all users who have viewed or played that recording, and the event identification sheet with precise timestamp according to the recording system's GPS clock — the complete package in the format required by the Peruvian Public Prosecutor's Office and international digital evidence standards.
