Zetron MCS7100 Integrated P25 and Telephony Dispatch System for Control Centers
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Zetron MCS7100 is the integrated public safety dispatch system that combines in a single software platform P25 Phase 2 radio dispatch positions, IP and PSTN telephony, communications recording, and incident management, eliminating costly point-to-point integrations between separate radio, telephone, and recording systems.
Each MCS7100 dispatch position provides the operator simultaneous access to up to 128 P25 radio groups — patrol channels, fire, medical emergencies, supervision — with software PTT controls on the 24-inch touchscreen, real-time transmission history, and geographic mapping of active units. The high-density interface groups radio, telephone, and incident controls on a single screen without multiple open applications.
The integrated telephone emergency management module integrates IP/SIP and PSTN telephony directly into the dispatch console, with automatic ANI/ALI for incoming 911 calls and call transfer between positions with incident annotation. The high-availability architecture with automatic switchover in under 200 ms ensures uninterrupted control center operation upon hardware failures.
