Technical overview
The Galvion CONNECT is the power and data distribution hub of the Galvion digital soldier system, designed to manage the power supply of all personal electronic devices of the modern combatant from a unified battery source and distribute data between sensors and communications systems.
The hub integrates an intelligent battery controller that manages up to 4 hot-swappable 12V or 24V batteries in series/parallel configurations, providing uninterrupted power during field battery changes. The load prioritization system assigns available power first to communications systems, then to sensors, and finally to comfort electronics.
USB-C Power Delivery ports at 100W allow charging tactical tablets and laptops from the body battery during operations. The CAN 2.0 and RS-485 data bus connects helmet sensors (cameras, microphones, projectile detectors) to the soldier's C2 system without additional cables. The IP67 design and 285-gram weight allow MOLLE vest mounting without mobility impact.
