Galvion Caiman Lite Power Management System
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Galvion Caiman Lite is the integrated power management solution for the modern soldier carrying multiple electronic devices (radio, NVG, tactical tablet, biometric sensor) with different voltages and battery requirements.
The system centralizes power from a high-capacity main battery and distributes regulated voltages to each device via color-coded locking connectors. Eliminates dependence on multiple individual batteries, reducing total equipment weight by up to 40%.
The OLED display control unit shows the charge status of each channel, battery temperature, and estimated remaining operation time. Compatible with most NATO BA-5590 and BB-2590 batteries.
