Fischer Connectors Trident+ — IP68/IP69K Circular Connector for Extreme Environments
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Fischer Connectors Trident+ is the circular connector for applications where contamination, immersion, and pressure washing are normal operating conditions, not exceptions. The triple sealing design — toroidal coupling gasket, rear cable seal, and individual contact sealing — guarantees IP68 sealing at 10m depth and IP69K resistance to 80 bar water jets.
Contacts are high-conductivity copper with 24K gold plating on the contact zone (3 µm minimum), guaranteeing contact resistance < 5 mΩ and corrosion resistance in marine environments class C5-M per ISO 12944. The connector body is available in anodized aluminum, 316L stainless steel, and technical PEEK depending on the corrosion and temperature profile of the environment.
For defense system integrators working with armored vehicles, naval vessels, naval drones, or deployable field sensor systems, the Trident+ provides cable termination with integrity guarantees in field conditions that conventional industrial connectors cannot sustain.
