Bitstream
Bitstream PTP Grandmaster Reference Clock
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Bitstream PTP Grandmaster is the precise time reference clock for facilities requiring high-precision synchronization in tactical communication networks, radar systems, event logging, or telecommunications infrastructure.
Receives time reference from GPS/GNSS (GPS + GLONASS + Galileo) and distributes PTP IEEE 1588v2 with ±30 ns accuracy to all network equipment. In case of satellite signal loss, the internal OCXO oscillator maintains accuracy for over 24 hours.
Supports telecom profiles (G.8275.1/G.8275.2), power (IEC 61850), and defense. Two SFP gigabit ports for PTP distribution and a dedicated management port. 1U rack design with power supply redundancy.
