Integrated soldier systems — power/data management and Batlskin ballistic helmets for the modern warfighter
Applied in sectors
Galvion (formerly Revision Military) is a world leader in the design and manufacture of integrated soldier systems — head protection systems, power and data management, and platforms for the connected warfighter on the modern battlefield. The company is headquartered in the United States with key facilities in Canada, Poland, and North America, combining R&D, state-of-the-art manufacturing and human-centered innovation to meet evolving operational demands.
The main portfolio is organized in two strategic lines. The first is Batlskin: a family of lightweight ballistic helmets with platforms including Caiman, Hellbender, Hellbender TE, Hellbender UL and Viper. Each platform is designed for different mission profiles — from special operations with minimal weight (Hellbender UL ultralight) to conventional operations with maximum protection (Caiman). The helmets are compatible with modular accessories: rails for night vision, tactical communications, mandible covers, and ballistic protective masks.
The second line is power and data management for the warfighter — the E.D.G. (Energy, Data, Galvion) suite. The E.D.G. system is a modular, scalable platform for power and data distribution and management designed in response to the warfighter's escalating power and data needs. It enables scavenge (energy collection from multiple sources), charge (equipment recharging), monitor (status telemetry) and plan (predictive consumption management). The modern soldier operates with night vision, tactical radios, laser designators, C4I devices and sensors — all requiring intelligently managed energy.
Galvion serves NATO and allied armed forces, special forces, special-operations police units (SWAT, GEO, GIGN equivalents), and national security agencies. The product is subject to EAR/ITAR for export to allied countries, allowing authorized access to the Peruvian market under FFAA and FFEE modernization programs.

For Emar Systems, Galvion fits into special-forces modernization programs of Peru's Army, Navy and Air Force, as well as specialized PNP units (DIROES, GOES, USE). The value proposition is: state-of-the-art ballistic protection + intelligent power management for the connected soldier — exactly what's needed in the transition from conventional forces to forces with ISR capability, drones and networked communications.
