TW Ghost 875 Portable Relay Node
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The TW Ghost 875 solves the network coverage problem in terrain where there are no vehicles as relay platforms. Its built-in battery allows it to operate autonomously as a TSM network relay node — positioned at height, on a roof, in a tree, or at any point that maximizes coverage without needing a power cable or support vehicle.
Unlike the TW-950 portable (designed for the dismounted soldier) or the CHAOS Mobile (designed for vehicles), the Ghost 875 is optimized for static deployment as an intelligent repeater: it extends the TSM network range in mountainous terrain, dense urban environments, or tropical jungle where direct radio propagation is limited.
