TW Spirit 860 Multiband Radio
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The TW Spirit 860 is TrellisWare's most advanced radio platform, designed for the next generation of soldier systems and emergency services. Its defining characteristic is unprecedented spectral coverage: more than 1500 channels between 225–400 MHz, 698–970 MHz, and 1250–2600 MHz, covering practically all tactical and first-responder spectrum of global interest.
This spectral breadth is not just hardware — the TW Spirit 860 supports multiple waveforms simultaneously (TSM® and Katana™), allowing a single unit to act as an interoperability gateway between heterogeneous communication networks. For Peru, this means the same radio can operate on the tactical TSM network and communicate with legacy fixed-frequency systems without intermediate equipment.
