TW Shadow 135 HPR — High Power TSM Radio
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The TW Shadow 135 HPR extends TrellisWare's Shadow family toward the high-power end: designed specifically for vehicular relay nodes and fixed infrastructure installations requiring maximum link range and terrain penetration in difficult conditions. Where the portable Shadow and Ghost models optimize SWaP for the individual operator, the 135 HPR prioritizes output power and mechanical robustness for vehicle mounting or permanent position.
The TSM-X protocol in the 135 HPR is identical to the TW-950 and the entire TrellisWare family: any HPR node can coexist in the same mesh network with portable Ghost nodes or vehicular CHAOS radios, acting as a high-power relay that extends network coverage into more remote or higher-attenuation areas. This interoperability is critical in multilevel network architectures where infantry nodes operate at the tactical level and the HPR acts as backbone toward the command post.
