Theon SWORD Thermal Long Range Weapon Sight
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Theon SWORD Thermal is the night and adverse conditions sight for long-range weapons that extends the engagement capability of snipers and support shooters to total darkness, smoke, and fog.
The 640×480 LWIR sensor with NETD < 35 mK provides high-definition imagery with sufficient angular resolution for target identification at 1500 m and detection at 3000 m. Programmable ballistic profiles automatically compensate the impact correction for each load.
The minimalist user interface with single-button control and OLED display maintains shooter reaction time. The IP67 and MIL-STD-810H sealed design allows operation in heavy rain, dust, and extreme temperatures without image degradation.
