Rolatube Vehicle Mast Vehicle-Mounted Carbon Fiber Mast for Radio and Surveillance
Technical specifications
Technical overview
The Rolatube Vehicle Mast is the 6-meter rollable carbon fiber mast designed for permanent mounting on tactical and command vehicles, providing an elevated platform for radio antennas, surveillance cameras, and communications repeaters that deploys in 60 seconds with electric actuation from the cabin without any crew member having to leave the vehicle.
The 12V electric deployment system with low-consumption reduction motor allows the operator to raise the mast to 6 meters or fully retract it from the cabin control panel, compatible with the 12V and 24V electrical systems of major military and security vehicles. Total deployment and complete antenna positioning time is under 60 seconds from vehicle stop.
The STANAG plate mounting base compatible with standard NATO rack mounts on military 4x4 vehicles and command trucks ensures installation without structural vehicle modifications. The 12 kg tip payload allows mounting complete HF/VHF/UHF antenna systems with radome, surveillance PTZ cameras up to 8 kg, or radio repeaters with batteries. The rolled system reduces the mast height to only 8 cm above the vehicle roof for movement in terrain with obstacles.
