The carbon fiber and epoxy resin composite tube of the Rolatube Pro series rolls flat onto the compact transport spool of 55 cm diameter × 8 cm width — similar in size to a professional frisbee disc — with a total system weight (mast + tripod base + mounting accessories) of 4.2 kilograms that fits in the side pocket of any 65-liter tactical backpack. The deployment process requires no tools or technical knowledge: the tripod base is fixed to the ground with three anchor stakes, the tube start is extracted from the spool, the free end is pulled vertically, and the tube self-rigidizes by composite geometry upon completing extension to 10 meters in approximately 90 seconds.
The upper mounting platform includes a universal N-female 50 Ω antenna adapter for VHF/UHF antennas and a 25 mm stainless steel ball joint for cameras and sensors up to 2 kilograms, allowing tilting the sensor in any direction without needing a second mounting component.
