Technical overview
The Rolatube Quick Erect 9 meters is the vehicle-deployed self-erecting mast designed for tactical communications systems and mobile command posts that require elevating antennas to 9 meters of height without exposing the operator in hostile environments.
The integrated electric drive system fully deploys the mast in 90 seconds via the cabin switch or RF remote control interface. The emergency retraction mechanism deploys the mast in 8 seconds upon a tactical alarm signal, protecting the system before vehicle maneuvers. Motor operating current is 12V or 24V directly from the vehicle battery.
The universal 4-bolt flange mounting base adapts to all tactical vehicles with professional installation in under 4 hours. The head adapter load capacity is 12 kg, sufficient for SATCOM directional antennas, high-gain VHF/UHF, and combined ISR payloads. The woven carbon fiber design keeps the total system weight at 14 kg including motor and base.
