Technical overview
The BreadCrumb Condor brings Rajant's InstaMesh protocol to aerial and elevated platforms. Where PE and Sparrow ground nodes have coverage limitations due to topography, a Condor installed on a fixed-wing UAV or elevated tower acts as an aerial repeater that connects network segments separated by obstacles — mountains, buildings, or simply terrain curvature.
The Kinetic Mesh architecture is especially valuable in airborne configurations because the Condor doesn't need to be bound to a specific ground node: any node in optical range automatically becomes its network peer, and peer switching occurs in less than 10 ms as the UAV moves. The result is a three-dimensional extension of the mesh network that continuously adapts its topology to the aerial platform's movement without network operator intervention.
