INVISIO BC3 Bone Conduction Headset for Covert Operations and Communications in Impulse Noise Environments

Technical overview
The INVISIO BC3 is the bone conduction headset designed for the undercover agent, civilian environment security operator, and protection personnel who needs two-way voice communication with their team without the visible earpiece that reveals security presence — the BC3 is positioned with the bone vibration transducer resting gently on the temporal bone in front of the ear, transmitting audio to the inner ear via bone conduction without blocking the ear canal and without any visible element inside or in front of the ear.
The BC3's piezoelectric transducer operates in the 300 Hz to 4 kHz frequency range with flat response at ±3 dB, providing voice intelligibility comparable to a conventional insert earpiece in quiet environments and steady-noise settings. In high-intensity impulse noise environments — gunfire, nearby explosions — bone conduction has the additional advantage that the auditory nervous system perceives the radio signal 6-8 dB louder relative to background noise than the same signal presented by air conduction, because impulse noise is attenuated in the ear canal while the bone conduction signal reaches the temporal bone directly.
The 22 mm discrete clip PTT attaches to the pocket or lapel of civilian clothing without visible metallic elements via the matte black composite material retention system, with the transmit button flush with the clip surface to prevent accidental activation. The lithium battery integrated in the transducer provides 14 hours of active standby with voice activation (VOX) or 8 hours of continuous transmission, rechargeable in 90 minutes via USB-C without tools or device opening.
