Technical overview
The Fischer Connectors Xtreme series is the high-power interconnection solution designed for military electric propulsion systems, directed energy weapons, and electric combat vehicles requiring high-reliability connectors capable of handling 1000V AC/DC and up to 50 amps of continuous current.
The grade 5 titanium (Ti6Al4V) housing design provides a strength-to-weight ratio superior to stainless steel with corrosion resistance in marine and CBRN environments. The bayonet locking system with positive audible lock eliminates accidental disconnections under vibration and mechanical stress in armored vehicles and aerial platforms.
High-temperature epoxy resin insulation supports continuous operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and +155°C peaks for 500 hours. UL 508A and IEC 61984 certification ensures compliance with electrical safety standards for use in weapons systems and electric combat vehicles.
